In the ELT program, students are required to pass all courses correspoinding to a total of 240 ECTS credits and have a GPA of 2.00 minimum. According to the ELT curriculum published by the Turkish Higher Education Council in 2018, the program contains 66 courses (compulsory and elective). Students who graduate from the program become English language teachers and can work in state and private elementary, middle and high schools.
